New books. New authors. New ways to connect.
Love it. Now if folks will only pay attention. We have friends who send e-mails typed in all caps. Maybe that is easier for them than having to capitalize the first letter of the first word in a sentence. Whatever... it drives me and other friends nuts. Got a piece of postal mail from them the other day and the address label was also in all caps. Maybe the caps lock key is stuck on their computer. LOL
I have family in the military and police department and they ALL TYPE IN ALL CAPS. It must be some sort of regimental habit, but it truly is difficult to read. Don't these people notice that? Drive me bonkers, too.
Great post, Dani! I love it! And I couldn't agree more! My mom used to always type in all caps and I mentioned to her that it was "difficult to read" that way because I knew that her feelings are so easily hurt and didn't want to be the one to do so by pointing out that she was yelling at us... She informed me that it was easier for her to read in caps .... so then, I told her the truth and asked her to stop yelling at us! She retorted that she'd spent her whole life yelling at her kids so why stop now! she's a mess!
